Level 5: VIS9®Dirigent
The VIS9®Dirigent is an perfect configuration tool for manage OS default behavior.
When you have a newely configured VIS9® and call it, you will get a welcome screen with language selection and after language setting, you will get a VIS9®Desktop.
If you want to change this, you can use VIS9®Dirigent. You will find it at settings The icon looks like this:
On the first start, there is a default settings.

You will see domain name and IP adress, where you are come from.
Change default behavior for all users
- Click on first rule (any)
- Select another appliaction for example "WEB Engine" if you want use VIS9®CORE as Multi Layer Web server.
- Click "Save" button and it is done.
Now, when you call VIS9®CORE again, it starts acting as WEB server.
Adding the rule
So let say, that you want to have company multiscreen management, which allows you to control all TV screens at the company.
The example TV set has permanently set IP 192.168.1.100. The browser is pointing to your local VIS9®CORE server.
- Press "+" button at tool bar.
- The system prefil IP and domain name from your PC
- Change the IP to 192.168.1.100 (as your TV has)
- Select application "Quincy Screen"
- Click "Save"
- Refresh browser at your TV set
Your TV set has now setting as VIS9®qScreen. So you can control it remotelly from now.
