First start

Start VIS9®Desktop ?vis9 or ?desktop

Adding PDF document

This function is available at VIS9®Desktop only

Open VIS9®Sheets at your Desktop, and click ADD icon:

The logic is very simple:

first add you desired key for document recognition
if document will not exists, you will be able to add new document with this key
if document will exists, you will see content editor with this document

Change status

All users can change status from OK to warinng. Users can set ERROR and other statuses.

Chat over document

There is alse the chat panel, where you will se whole history of this document. You can add some comment too.

All communication has monitored its origin. If user is logged, chat recognized user, if user is not loged, chat recognizes computer address.

Run monitor

Since VIS9 version 9.3.3003 you can run a special monitor display as table screen for your team using question command "?sheets:monitor".

Run at Desktop

Motinor can be run also from Desktop by clicking Monitor icon at Sheets application. So, users can click on displayed problematic documents and make repairs to it.
